Women’s bodies are different from men and respond differently to training as well as have different needs across their unique life stages. Being a woman myself and training consistently for many years, I experimented with different nutrition and training approaches. I can relate first hand on how a woman’s body feels and responds to physical and nutritional changes and use this knowledge to help create a unique plan. When training female clients, I design training and nutrition programs according to physiological, psychological, and anatomical considerations of women’s bodies. I help train and guide female clients throughout the many stages of a woman’s wonderful life. No matter who or where in life you are, such as an adolescent, a pregnant woman, a woman with postnatal needs, a woman wanting to improve their mid-life health, woman with menopausal weight gain, and woman dealing with osteoporosis – It is my passion to empower women to feel strong and confident and to live a healthy and long life.
